The next morning, before we can begin our journey, we are joined by two dwarves, who drop out of a portal. Apparently this is much the way Crystal and our other companions also entered this world.
We are fortunate in that nothing bothers us during this first leg of our trip. As night is falling, we finally decide to set up camp within sight of the Duval estate, but we do not push into the night to enter the grounds.
During the third watch, I am awakened by Sabin who reports that something was moving outside the camp. He believes there were two creatures circling the camp and he may have heard something, possible Goblin being spoken.
